Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Return Process

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
• For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs once the return is received and assessed.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 – 10 Business Days
